Bath Bubble & Beyond. Unit 5 Ventura Centre Factory Road Poole Dorset BH16 5SL 5th February 2010	We are a retail company with a retail shop and a website and have been buying soap products from this company for several years. Over this period we must have spent several thousands of pounds with them. However recently we bought some soap shaped like large cakes which you could cut into whatever size slices you wanted to and were a little upset that the cakes started to fall apart as we cut them. So we phoned the company and explained what had happened and were asked to pack the cakes and they would get them collected from us which they did. We heard nothing from them for well over a month so we decided to phone them again. I spoke to the Managing Director whose name was Chris something or another who admitted that there was a problem with the soap cakes but also told me that if I insisted on being refunded for the faulty soap cakes he would refuse to let me order any further products from his company. If this is the attitude of a Managing Director of a British Company we do not think he is fit to be a Managing Director of anything. He was rude to me and very stupid to treat a good customer in this way. We would therefore recommend anyone not to deal with this company as they have no customer care skills at all.
